大蒜鳞茎浸提液对黄瓜幼苗的化感作用

Abstract:

通过生物学试验和盆栽试验,研究大蒜鳞茎浸提液对黄瓜发芽、生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着浸提液浓度的增加,对黄瓜的苗长、根长抑制显著增强,而浓度为40mg/mL时,对发芽率的抑制显著。在20mg/mL浓度范围内,大蒜鳞茎浸提液,促进了黄瓜的幼苗生长、增加了可溶性糖、蛋白质、Vc、叶绿素的含量,提高了POD、SOD、CAT的活性,高浓度的浸提液抑制了幼苗生长及POD、SOD、CAT的活性,降低可溶性糖、蛋白质、Vc、叶绿素的含量。随着浓度的增加,MDA的变化趋势为"V"型,浓度为10mg/mL时,MDA降低了13.7%。20mg/mL浓度范围内的大蒜浸提液对黄瓜生长有益。
