温度对油桃休眠花芽H2O2含量和呼吸代谢的影响

Abstract:

以油桃(Prunuspersicavar.Maxin)为试材,研究了温度对油桃休眠花芽内H2O2含量和呼吸代谢的影响。结果表明,低温使休眠期桃花芽内H2O2含量升高,而打破休眠结束后,H2O2含量下降;自然低温下的休眠期花芽呼吸强度呈上升趋势,不同呼吸途径的变化不同,PPP占总呼吸的比率呈上升趋势,TCA所占总呼吸的比率在整个休眠期基本保持不变,EMP所占总呼吸的比率呈明显的下降趋势,TCA占主导地位;高温抑制休眠期花芽的呼吸代谢。
