小麦胚乳贮藏蛋白亚基变异的研究进展

Abstract:

综述了组织培养、化学试剂处理、辐射、外源DNA导入以及转入目的基因等的情况下导致的小麦胚乳贮藏蛋白的各种变异,讨论了可能的变异机理,并对胚乳贮藏蛋白的变异在科学研究和育种上的应用作了展望。
