受体卵母细胞来源和供体细胞类型对山羊体细胞核移植融合率的影响

Abstract:

以波尔山羊体细胞作为核供体进行核移植,比较受体卵母细胞来源以及不同供体细胞类型对核移植重构胚融合率的影响。结果:以体内成熟和FSH处理卵巢、屠宰场卵巢来源的体外成熟卵母细胞做核移植受体卵母细胞,重组卵的融合率分别为71.9%,78.4%,73.1%,三者之间差异不显著;以卵丘细胞和皮肤成纤维细胞做核供体,重组卵的融合率分别为77.1%,68.3%,二者之间差异显著。
