朝鲜碱茅BADH基因3'端及5'端部分序列的扩增

Abstract:

为探索朝鲜碱茅的耐盐,耐寒和耐旱的抗性机理,从已知禾本科植物朝鲜碱茅甜菜碱醛脱氢酶(BADH)基因的一段保守区序列,以此序列为研究基础,结合其他禾本科植物的BADH基因保守区序列设计引物,扩增出朝鲜碱茅BADH基因3'端序列及'端部分序列共102bp.经BLAST比对,结果表明,获得到的朝鲜碱茅BADH基因序列与羊草和大麦的BADH基因的同源性达到89%,含有保守的十肽序列和其后29位与酶功能有关的Cys.
