蜜蜂属的生化鉴定

Abstract:
长期来世界上都公认蜜蜂属（Apis）只有四个种，即东方蜜蜂、西方蜜蜂、大蜜蜂、小蜜蜂。我们用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳分析了上述四种和黑色大蜜蜂（岩蜂）、黑色小蜜蜂两个少见的种的酯酶同工酶，发现它们各具自己特有的酶谱。为此，我们从生化角度对蜜蜂属的分类提供了依据，证明蜜蜂属不是四个种而是六个种。
