镉污染土壤对小白菜生长及镉和养分含量的影响

Abstract:

为探讨镉(Cd)污染土壤对蔬菜作物的影响,以小白菜为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方法,研究了土壤含镉3,6mg/kg对小白菜产量、小白菜食用部位Cd含量及营养元素含量的影响。结果表明:3,6mg/kgCd污染土壤不影响或促进小白菜植株生长,但小白菜基因型间存在很大差异;小白菜地上部Cd含量和Cd积累量随着土壤中Cd浓度的增加而显著增加,且基因型间存在显著差异。Cd影响小白菜地上部营养元素含量,这种影响依元素种类、品种及Cd处理浓度而不同。
