基于PCR标记的陕西省部分地方小麦品种(系)糯蛋白基因的多样性分析

Abstract:

利用3个优化的STS标记对陕西省1960年以来引进和自育的99份小麦品种(系)的Waxy蛋白基因的变异情况进行了鉴定。结果表明,Wx-A1位点的标记在Wx-A1a和Wx-A1b基因型内分别扩增出336bp和317bp特异片段;Wx-B1a基因型内扩增出425bp特异产物,Wx-B1b基因型内不扩增出此产物;Wx-D1a和Wx-D1b基因型内分别扩增出867bp和279bp特异产物。检测出除陕糯1号基因型为Wx-A1b+Wx-B1b+Wx-D1b外,Wx-B1b基因缺失突变材料12份,无Wx-A1b基因和Wx-D1b基因缺失突变材料。这3个标记可以用于分子标记辅助育种,并提供了部分品种的缺失类型。
