甜瓜果肉β-胡萝卜素含量的QTL分析

Abstract:

β-胡萝卜素的QTL定位为开展相关基因克隆,应用分子标记辅助育种培育高品质甜瓜品种奠定基础。应用2种果肉颜色差异较大的甜瓜品种200930与200932杂交得到的F2群体构建富含β-胡萝卜素含量特征的遗传图谱。构建的基因图包含154对SSR标记,其中77对标记是由EST序列新开发的EST-SSR引物。该图谱包括17条连锁群,覆盖基因组长度1663.5cM,标记间的平均距离为10.8cM。定位到3个与β-胡萝卜素含量有关的QTL位点,分别位于第1,4(Chr4),7(Chr7)连锁群上,2个QTL贡献率超过15%。位于第1连锁群的QTLβ-car1贡献率最大,为26.9%。
