类猪圆环病毒P1转录的NorthernBlot分析

Abstract:

为鉴定类猪圆环病毒P1的转录本，采用地高辛标记的RNA探针，通过NorthernBlot方法，对转染PK15细胞的类猪圆环病毒P1进行了RNA转录分析。结果表明，Northern杂交可检测到2个RNA转录本，包括正链上ORF3的RNA和负链上ORF1的RNA。同时，ORF3RNA表达时间比ORF1的短，且丰度也大大低于ORF1。类猪圆环病毒P1至少存在ORF1和ORF32个转录本。
