日粮中添加小黑麦干酒糟对肉牛瘤胃5种代表性菌比例的影响

Abstract:

旨在检测以小黑麦干酒糟及其可溶物(TDDGS)替代肉牛日粮中的所有粗料和部分精料对5种瘤胃代表性菌(Fibrobactersuccinogenes、Succinovibriodextrinosolvens、Selenomonasruminantium、Megasphaeraelsdenii和Prevotellaruminicola)比例的影响。利用Real-timePCR法检测了饲喂TDDGS前后5种瘤胃代表性菌数量百分比的变化。结果表明,30%TDDGS组与对照组相比,瘤胃中F.succinogenes、S.ruminantium和M.elsdenii菌数量百分比均有升高,分别显著升高3倍(P﹤0.05)、10倍(P﹤0.05)和2倍(P﹤0.05),而S.dextrinosolvens和P.ruminicola菌数量百分比却都降低了,但差异均不显著。
