蚓粪与猪粪堆肥配合对腐殖质组成变化和产量的影响

Abstract:

通过盆栽试验研究蚓粪与猪粪堆肥配合栽培苋菜腐殖质组成成分变化特征以及腐殖质对苋菜产量的影响。结果表明:蚓粪与猪粪堆肥配合处理栽培苋菜过程中,各处理的可提取腐殖物质、胡敏酸、富里酸数量均表现出增加趋势,增幅随着蚓粪比例的增加而增加;胡敏素、胡敏素/可提取腐殖物质数量呈现下降趋势,降幅随着蚓粪比例的增加而减小;胡敏酸/富里酸呈现先降后升,总体上升趋势,并且随着蚓粪比例的增加上升幅度减小。栽培初期40%蚓粪添加比例苋菜产量最高,纯蚓粪处理产量最低;栽培后期60%蚓粪添加比例苋菜产量最低,纯猪粪产量最高。在养分不足条件下,腐殖质含量与苋菜产量没有相关性。
