捕食线虫性真菌的分离鉴定及氨基酸对其捕食器诱导效应

Abstract:

为了解新疆阿勒泰地区的捕食线虫性真菌分布情况,采用玉米粉琼脂培养基(CMA)培养分离阿勒泰地区土壤中的捕食线虫性真菌,通过对纯化后菌株的形态学观察和分子生物学分析,鉴定出5株少孢节丛孢属真菌和1株圆锥节丛孢菌。另外用质量浓度分别为0.5,0.05,0.005g/L的L-苯丙氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-蛋氨酸和L-缬氨酸对已分离的圆锥节丛孢菌AS3株进行捕食器生成的诱导反应,发现各组氨基酸对捕食器的产生均有诱导效应,但质量浓度为0.05g/L的L-苯丙氨酸诱导产生的捕食器总数最多。为利用捕食线虫性真菌进行生物防控奠定了理论基础。
