四川白鹅,i>OAZ1和OAZ2基因组织差异表达的研究

Abstract:

为阐明四川白鹅不同组织中OAZ1和OAZ2基因表达规律,应用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测四川白鹅13种组织中OAZ1和OAZ2基因相对表达量,分析不同组织中OAZ1表达量与OAZ2表达量比值(OAZ1/OAZ2)的变化规律。结果表明,四川白鹅大脑和脾脏中OAZ1高度表达,分别是心脏的8.74,8.45倍(P<0.05);胸肌、腿肌和卵巢组织中表达量最低,仅为心脏的0.15,0.42,0.46倍。视网膜中OAZ2高度表达,是心脏的6.79倍(P<0.05);肝脏、胸肌和腿肌组织中表达量最低,分别是心脏的0.47,0.08,0.19倍(P<0.05)。四川白鹅胸肌和腿肌中OAZ2表达占优势,其余各组织中OAZ1表达占优势。卵巢组织中OAZ1/OAZ2的值最高,其次是小脑组织,分别为26.62和17.72;胸肌和腿肌中OAZ1/OAZ2最低,分别为0.33和0.75。四川白鹅OAZ1和OAZ2基因表达具有组织特异性,不同组织中OAZ1/OAZ2值不同,提示不同组织中OAZ1和OAZ2的调控功能可能存在差异。
