小麦TaNADP-ME1基因重组植物表达载体构建及对水稻的遗传转化

Abstract:

小麦TaNADP-ME1基因对干旱、盐、低温等非生物胁迫作出响应。利用重组技术成功构建了TaNADP-ME1的植物表达载体pCAME1,农杆菌介导法成功转化水稻品种日本晴成熟胚诱导的愈伤组织,通过潮霉素筛选获得了抗性愈伤,分化和生根后获得转化植株,PCR鉴定获得20株转基因水稻苗。结果为进一步确定TaNADP-ME1的基因功能奠定了基础。
