一组高分子量麦谷蛋白近等基因系研究

Abstract:

在小麦无性系变异的研究中,发现了一份冀92-3235HMW-GS的2+12亚基缺失的材料,通过进一步选择,选育成了稳定遗传的7份材料,其在农艺性状上与对照冀92-3235基本相同,SDSPAGE电泳图谱仅在GluD1位点上有差异,醇溶蛋白电泳显示也完全相同,品质分析结果表明它们的面粉品质发生了很大变化,其湿面筋无法检出、沉降值显著下降,从而说明2+12亚基对小麦品质有较大影响。
