稻瘟菌激活蛋白对植物生长及其生理活性的影响

Abstract:

本研究发现,稻瘟菌激活蛋白可明显提高丝瓜、番茄等发芽率,促进种子发芽整齐,同时对促进植物幼苗生长、健壮也有明显的作用。处理水稻后,控制稻瘟菌效果达50.68%;抗旱综合指数也从55提高到92。经激活蛋白处理后,植物的纤维素酶和醇脱氢酶活性增强,过氧化氢和脯氨酸的含量提高,这些酶和活性物质在促进植物生长抗逆方面能发挥重要作用。
