分层施肥及供水对冬小麦生理特性、根系分布和产量的影响

Abstract:

以太行山山前平原冬小麦为研究对象,在中国科学院栾城农业生态试验站,用筒栽模拟试验,研究了土壤表层和深层不同施肥供水组合对冬小麦根系分布、地上部生理特性及产量的影响。结果表明:与传统表层施肥+表层供水(CK)相比,①整层施肥+整层供水组合处理(T3)和整层施肥+表层供水组合处理(T1)的土壤上层(0~90cm)根系生物量都没有显著变化,深层(90~10cm)根系生物量分别增加了97.3%,7.0%,产量分别增加了46.0%,27.0%,生长后期,冬小麦旗叶净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)显著提高;②表层施肥+整层供水组合处理(T2)的土壤上层(0~90cm)根系生物量减少了18.8%,深层(90~10cm)没有显著变化,旗叶Pn、Tr、WUE及产量没有显著差异。
