干旱胁迫下紫花苜蓿叶片几种内源激素的变化

Abstract:

以陇东(耐旱)、BL-02-329(不耐旱)2种抗旱性强弱差异较大的紫花苜蓿为试验材料,对干旱胁迫下2种紫花苜蓿叶片中ABA,IAA,GA3,ZR4种内源激素的含量变化进行研究,结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,陇东、BL-02-329两种紫花苜蓿叶片ABA,IAA含量均有不同程度的上升,GA3和ZR的含量均呈下降趋势。干旱胁迫下4种内源激素之间的协调总趋势是向着气孔关闭、促进根系发展的方向进行。重度干旱时,苜蓿叶片中4种内源激素之间的协调趋势反映出抗旱性强的陇东苜蓿通过减缓生长速率来保证生存方面的调节能力较强,能有效地避免缺水伤害。
