大白菜游离小孢子胚再生植株能力的遗传分析

Abstract:

以大白菜小孢子植株再生能力不同的材料为亲本,采用双列杂交方法,研究了小孢子植株再生能力的遗传特性。大白菜小孢子植株再生能力的遗传符合加性-显性模式,主要受核基因控制,基因作用以加性效应为主,高植株再生能力由隐性基因控制,狭义遗传力为70.6%。
