镉胁迫对银条生物量及光合特性的影响

Abstract:

通过盆栽试验,研究了CdCl2胁迫对银条叶片光合特性的影响.结果表明,随着CdCl2浓度的增加,银条生物量下降明显,叶片光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)降低,在镉浓度为250mg/L时分别为对照的25.00%,35.52%,5.02%;水分利用效率(WUE)呈现先升高再降低的变化趋势,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)只在高浓度(≥200mg/L)时才逐步升高,但增幅相对较小,在2.0%～9.15%之间.
