茉莉酸诱导的拟南芥叶片蛋白质组分析

Abstract:

植物在长期进化过程中形成了自我防御机制,能够产生特异的抗性蛋白来应对各种生物因子的胁迫,其中茉莉酸信号途径是植物必需的防御机制。本研究对拟南芥施用茉莉酸处理和对照叶片蛋白质的差异表达变化,并试图通过蛋白质组学技术来检测茉莉酸诱导的蛋白质,通过蛋白质双向电泳发现有28个蛋白点发生了显著的变化,其中19个蛋白点上调表达,9个蛋白点下调表达。选择10个差异蛋白点进行了质谱鉴定,它们分别是苏氨酸蛋白激酶、热激蛋白、不依赖于维生素B12的蛋氨酸合酶、腺嘌呤琥珀酸合酶、碳酸酐酶等,这些蛋白质可能在拟南芥叶片应答茉莉酸反应的过程中起到重要作用,进一步进行差异蛋白的功能分析对揭示茉莉酸信号通路和植物防御机制的关系具有重要的作用。
