Abstract:

利用63对SSR引物对19个甜高粱及11个其他类型的高粱进行了分析。结果表明:这些SSR引物有较高的多态性,90.5%的引物具有2~6条的扩增带,有6对SSR引物的扩增带与甜高粱有关。
