洋桔梗种子低温春化处理对抽薹的影响

Abstract:

为开发洋桔梗夏季育苗秋冬季开花栽培的促进抽薹技术,研究了种子低温春化处理及春化处理后育苗夜温对抽薹的影响.洋桔梗吸水种子低温春化处理可以有效促进发芽和抽薹,以7~10℃35d暗处理促进抽薹的效果较好;种子低温春化处理后,育苗期间白天30~35℃,夜间20~23℃的温度管理,幼苗可以正常抽薹,但23~26℃以上夜间高温有去春化作用.表明洋桔梗夏季育苗秋冬季开花栽培,采用种子低温春化处理、控制苗期夜间高温,可以有效防止簇叶化,促进抽薹.
