在小麦上实施基因沉默的VIGS系统优化

Abstract:

以大麦条纹花叶病毒(Barleystripemosaicvirus,BSMV)改造的VIGS(Virusinducedgenesilencing)载体在单子叶植物中能够介导基因沉默,因此BSMV在植物基因功能鉴定中具有广泛的应用.本试验通过在近等基因系TcLr24中对BSMVVIGS载体系统进行优化,以保证更方便地在小麦近等基因系(ML)中实施VIGS功能验证.
