外源NO浸种对NaCl胁迫下沙葱种子萌发和生理特性的影响

Abstract:

为了探究外源NO浸种对盐胁迫下沙葱种子萌发及抗氧化物酶系活性的影响,以沙葱种子为材料,观察不同浓度和浸种时间的外源NO处理对NaCl胁迫下沙葱种子萌发、子叶、胚根长度及干质量、抗氧化酶系和MDA变化的影响.研究结果表明,经0.40mmol?LSNP浸种3h能显著(P<0.05)提高沙葱种子在NaCl胁迫下的萌发率、萌发速率、萌发指数、活力指数、以及子叶和胚根的长度和干质量;该浸种处理能有效地提高NaCI胁迫下种子内SOD、CAT、POD和APX抗氧化酶的活性,从而增强种子萌发抗NaCl胁迫的能力;NaCl胁迫处理促进了沙葱种子细胞的膜脂过氧化,使其MDA含量提高;但0.40mmol?L外源NO处理明显缓解了这种氧化损伤,降低了种子的膜脂过氧化作用.
