－株含cry新基因的苏云金杆菌菌株的研究

Abstract:

苏云金杆菌XPZ-9菌株是从土壤中分离的对鳞翅目幼虫有特异杀虫活性的新菌株。光学显微镜下观察到该菌株可产生菱形和圆形伴胞晶体，SDS-PAGE检测表达的主要蛋白条带分子量约为70kDa。PCR-RFLP分析结果表明该菌株含有新基因cry1Ah。生物活性测定表明该菌株对鳞翅目害虫棉铃虫、小菜蛾、亚洲玉米螟和美国白蛾的二龄幼虫都具有较强的杀虫活性。
