不同环境条件对球孢白僵菌HFW-05的敏感性变化

Abstract:

通过对温度和紫外线等条件的变化,明确了该因素对HFW-05菌株生长与毒力的影响。结果表明,25℃培养有利于提高孢子萌发率及菌株产孢量;30℃培养有利于提高菌株产酶量,最适菌株生长的温度范围是25~30℃。生测试验表明,HFW-05菌株对小菜蛾的最佳致死温度范围为25~30℃。菌株在25℃下经紫外线1h处理后,萌发率可比对照增加12%,产孢量增加26%,表明适量紫外处理有利于菌株生长。
