根癌农杆菌介导的高效水稻遗传转化影响因素

Abstract:

根癌农杆菌介导的水稻遗传转化影响因素主要有农杆菌菌株和载体、水稻基因型、转化受体、共培养条件、选择标记基因和转化程序等。对影响农杆菌介导水稻基因转化效率的以上各种因素进行了综述，并对转化过程中存在的问题进行了讨论。
