河南商品蛋鸡群中鸡马立克氏病的流行病学研究

Abstract:

2011-2012年,河南省大面积暴发商品蛋鸡群肿瘤病,临床剖检疑似马立克氏病(Marek’sdisease,MD),为进一步确诊病因,根据马立克氏病病毒(Marek’sdiseasevirus,MDV)的meq、gB和pp38基因分别设计了3对特异性引物,利用PCR技术对送检的疑似病例鸡的肝脏和脾脏样品分别进行了检测和分析。结果显示,各地区随机抽取的5只病例鸡肝脏、脾脏样品中均扩增出3种不同大小的MDV特异性病毒基因PCR产物,这表明MDV在河南鸡群中广泛流行,并导致了商品蛋鸡群MD的暴发。研究结果填补了河南省MD流行病学空白,为今后MD的临床快速诊断及有效防控提供了重要参考依据。
