不同处理对蓖齿眼子菜(PotamogetonpectinatusL.)种子萌发率的影响

Abstract:

在植物立地和室内不同处理条件下,研究了滇池地方居群的蓖齿眼子菜(PotamogetonpectinatusL.)种子的发芽率及幼苗生长.结果表明,自然状态下,蓖齿眼子菜种子发芽率仅为5.3%;切开种皮、较高温度的变温以及层积处理可以极显著地提高种子的发芽率,模拟动物消化系统的酸处理也可以显著地提高发芽率,而用恒定的高温、KON3、硫脲和GA处理对发芽率影响不大.此外,根据试验结果,提出了利用蓖齿眼子菜种子恢复湖泊沉水植被的措施.
