Abstract:

通过建立的氟化盐混合与熔融实验平台,进行氟化盐混合熔融与评价实验,考察温度、时间、坩埚材质及氟化试剂处理等条件对熔盐质量的影响,优化了制备工艺。采用优选的氟化盐原料,添加氟化氢铵做氟化试剂,制备得到的熔盐产品氧含量可控制在2×10?4以下;杂质金属离子含量基本符合熔盐堆用熔盐质量标准要求,其中Be、Cu、Fe、Zr和Cd含量均小于5×10?6,硫酸根和磷酸根离子含量分别小于1×10?4和3×10?5。该工艺方法能较大程度地降低腐蚀介质的含量,具有制备时间短、成本较低、安全性能好等优点。
