EJ301液体闪烁体探测器的波形甄别和能量刻度

Abstract:

EJ301有机液体闪烁体探测器具有较好的时间特性、脉冲形状甄别能力和中子探测效率。使用CAEN公司的DT5720波形数字采样器和DPP-PSD(DigitalPulseProcessing-PulseShapeDiscrimination)控制软件,可以通过软件设置实现长、短门和脉冲形状甄别。利用241Am源(0.0595MeV)、137Cs-60Co(0.662MeV、1.171MeV、1.333MeV)源和40K源(1.461MeV)等的康普顿峰,对EJ301探测器进行了电子等效能量刻度、脉冲形状甄别分析、FOM(FigureofMerit)值计算等。研究表明,DT5720波形数字采样器和DPP-PSD控制软件功能完善、简单易用;EJ301探测器中子测量效率高,具有较强的中子/伽马脉冲形状甄别能力,适合快中子的能谱和飞行时间测量。
