Abstract:

为了促进发动机直接起动模式的成功实现,在一台四缸GDI发动机上研究了不同主动因素和被动因素对发动机首循环着火和转动特性的影响,并分析了在不同被动因素下使首循环能够可靠着火的主动因素控制范围和获得较好转动特性所对应的主动因素优化选取。研究结果表明:合理控制点火正时和过量空气系数能使首循环同时获得较高的燃烧压力及燃烧一致性。不同冷却液温度、轨压和活塞初始位置等被动因素下,保证首循环可靠着火的点火正时和过量空气系数范围也存在一定的差异。并且,不同被动因素下需分别选取适当的点火正时和过量空气系数才能使首循环获得较高的转动速度,促进发动机直接起动模式的实现。
