基于物元模型的高速轨道车辆传动系可靠性评价

Abstract:

基于可拓学的物元模型理论,提出了一种定性定量评价高速轨道车辆传动系可靠性等级的方法。将疲劳累积损伤理论和雨流计数法引入物元模型的构建过程,采用层次分析法确定各部件在传动系可靠性等级评价中的影响权重,最后通过可拓数学的关联函数定性定量地判断待评价传动系的可靠性等级。以某型高速轨道车辆传动系为例,采用该方法得到其可靠性等级为Ⅰ级,且传动轴的损伤最为严重,是未来造成传动系失效的主要原因。
