永磁式缓速器的制动力矩分级结构设计

Abstract:

为分析永磁式缓速器制动力矩的影响因素,设计了制动力矩可以分级的永磁式缓速器,运用解析法对永磁式缓速器的气隙磁场建立数学模型,通过分离变量法结合边界条件,获得了气隙磁通密度的表达式。再运用源和场理论推导出适合工程应用的永磁式缓速器制动力矩计算公式。在此基础上分析了磁极对数、永磁体周向宽度、永磁体轴向长度和气隙大小对气隙磁场和制动力矩的影响,并分别根据这4种参数,设计了4种可行的制动力矩分级结构。
