基于灵敏度分析的EPS转向性能试验客观评价指标

Abstract:

基于CarSim和Simulink软件搭建EPS系统与车辆模型联合仿真平台。根据EPS调试经验及实车测量给出EPS系统参数实际取值范围,并定义灵敏度分析的EPS系统参数的3个变化水平值。通过正交设计极差分析法,采用Isight软件对两个转向性能评价指标与EPS系统参数进行灵敏度分析。同时结合动力学分析,深入剖析EPS系统参数与两个指标之间的影响关系,并通过EPS试验车平台进行了EPS系统参数3个水平值下的实车试验。结果表明灵敏度分析结论符合实车的响应特性,能够有效指导EPS系统参数的调试和标定。
