基于FE-SEA混合法研究高速列车静音地板的隔声性能

Abstract:

采用声压法与声强法分别测量地板隔声量,整个频段内测量结果有较好的一致性,且差值在合理的工程误差范围内,规避了试验失误,为后续仿真方法验证提供了一定的保障,而且静音地板的隔声性能优于普通地板。通过脉冲衰减法测量阻尼损耗因子以用于FE-SEA混合法计算隔声量,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。表明使用FE-SEA法预测静音地板的隔声性能行之有效。分别调整静音地板中胶合板和橡胶层的厚度以期获得隔声性能更优的结构,当橡胶层厚度均为2mm,胶合板三层厚度分别为3mm、5mm、7mm时,隔声效果更佳。从结构改进到声学包装等主动和被动两个方向优化静音地板隔声性能,建立用户数据库。
