砷污染土壤对人体健康的风险评估应用

Abstract:

采用体外模拟法检测污染点和对照点土壤As对人体生物有效性,通过计算其生物有效量对污染土壤的手-口无意接触途径进行健康风险评价.结果表明,多处采样点土壤的As污染程度相当严重,对儿童健康的绝对风险系数Ka值和相对风险系数Kr值分别是2.6~19.0,1.9~16.4,明显超过世界卫生组织人体健康风险警戒线,个别点甚至达到或超过了成人标准的警戒线,其他样点也接近了警戒线.研究区域的As污染土壤对区域内的人群,特别是儿童构成了严重的人体健康风险,需要采取有效措施进行环境整治.
