荧光粉涂层对大功率PC-LED光提取效率的影响

Abstract:

运用基于拟蒙特卡洛的光线追迹方法,模拟计算采用不同曲率透镜及荧光粉层置于不同位置时大功率发光二极管(LED)器件的光通量和光辐射功率.仿真结果表明:对于反光杯顶部采用透镜封装的LED的光通量输出和荧光粉转换效率、透镜曲率、荧光粉层位置、荧光粉粒径大小等因素有关;平面荧光粉涂层处于反光杯中不同位置时,光通量之差大于50%,而光辐射功率也有明显的差别;当透镜顶部与反光杯开口的距离为反光杯开口半径的一半时,荧光粉涂层位于反光杯中间偏下约0.2 mm位置,可得到较大的光通量和荧光粉转换效率.
