羧基功能化超顺磁性纳米粒子吸附牛血清蛋白的特性

Abstract:

以牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为目标蛋白,考察时间、BSA质量浓度、pH值、温度等条件对磁性纳米粒子吸附BSA的影响,并对吸附有BSA的磁性纳米粒子的解吸附情况进行研究.结果表明:在25~45℃内,温度几乎不影响吸附过程;pH值为4.0~4.5达最大吸附量,该吸附过程满足准一级动力学方程和Freundlich等温吸附模型;Na2HPO4对其有较强的脱附作用,但粒子与BSA之间不是简单的物理相互作用,而是静电相互作用,导致其脱附水平依然较低,仅为20.06%.
