50L规模电镀Fe-P非晶合金及其组合镀层

Abstract:

首先,在50L规模镀槽的酸性镀液中,以黄铜为镀件,柠檬酸三钠为络合剂,硼酸为缓冲剂,电沉积Fe-P非晶合金镀层.然后,电镀光亮镍和铬,形成组合镀层Fe-P/Ni/Cr,并对其进行热处理及中性盐雾实验.结果表明:厚度分别为12.70,4.40,0.37μm的组合镀层具有强耐腐蚀性能,各镀层间结合力良好,可替代水暖的半光亮镍镀层.
