部分相干光在双焦聚焦系统中的焦移和焦开关

Abstract:

应用惠更斯-菲涅耳衍射积分公式,研究部分相干光被由菲涅耳波片组成的双聚焦系统聚焦后的焦移现象.研究结果表明,焦移量不仅依赖于聚焦系统的菲涅耳数,而且依赖于入射部分相干光的空间相干度.对于某一固定的菲涅耳波片,降低空间相干度,会导致发生焦开关的临界菲涅耳数降低,但当空间相干度太低时,焦开关现象会消失.
