一株胶原酶产生菌的筛选及系统发育分析

Abstract:

从所采集土样、水样中分离筛选到呈革兰氏染色阳性,柱状产芽孢编号为LY-t1的菌株.通过对此菌进行牛皮消化实验,并以Ⅰ型胶原为底物,测定该菌发酵培养液中胶原酶活性,确认此菌具有胶原酶活性.16S rDNA序列分析表明,分离菌株与Bacillus megaterium具有98%相似性.最后,用PHYLIP程序将该菌株与报道的相关胶原酶产生菌进行系统发育进化分析.
