采用二维频域光学相干层析的透镜曲率半径测量

Abstract:

利用自研发的二维频域光学相干层析系统,测量透镜的曲率半径及焦距.为了提高透镜曲率的测量精度,采用频谱校正技术校正快速傅里叶变换产生能量泄漏而造成的误差.试验结果表明:研发的二维频域光学相干层析系统具有非接触式无损伤的特点,可以一次采集成像获取透镜的曲率半径和焦距,不需任何机械扫描运动就能获取透镜的曲率轮廓,且测量结果精确.
