数字减影血管造影引导下植入静脉输液港在恶性肿瘤患者化疗中的应用Abstract: Objective To explore the application of implanted central venous access port devices (CVAPD) guided under digital subtraction angiography (DSA) for chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor and its complications. Methods Clinic data of 94 cases implanted CVAPD for chemotherapy under guidance of DSA in the department of interventional radiology and oncology,Yixing People′s Hospital between Dec., 2013 and Jun., 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. All catheter tips of devices were located between 6 th to 8 th posterior rib during implanting. The complications and clinical managment were recorded. After implanted CVAPD, patients were followed until port removal or death. Results CVAPD was inserted under the guidance of DSA in all the cases, the success rate was 100%. There were 90 patients punctured via subclavian vein, and 4 patients were punctured via internal jugular vein.Twenty-four ports were removed. There was no death in the group. Conclusions DSA-guided insertion of CVAPD is a effective, safe and accurate way for patients with malignant tumor receiving chemotherapy.
