磺基丁二酸酯化淀粉的合成及其对羊毛的黏附性

Abstract:

为提高淀粉浆料的使用性能,采用不同投料比制备了一系列具有不同取代度的磺基丁二酸酯化淀粉(SSS),并以黏附性为评价指标,研究这种变性和温度对淀粉与羊毛纤维间黏附性的影响。结果表明:磺基丁二酸酯化变性能明显提高淀粉与羊毛纤维间的黏附性;在同样温度下,黏附力随着取代度的增加而逐渐增大;在同样取代度下,黏附力随着温度降低而有所下降,但下降幅度与酸解淀粉相比明显降低;使用取代度为0.036的SSS,可以在50~65℃下显著改善淀粉对羊毛纤维的黏附性。
