端硅氧烷基低聚物/环氧树脂复合体系的耐酸碱性能研究

Abstract:

利用—OH与—NCO的亲核加成反应,直接合成了星型硅氧烷封端的1,1,1-三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)-聚己内酯三元醇的系列复合低聚物TPSi-A,TPSi-B和TPSi-C.利用合成的低聚物对环氧树脂进行复合改性,通过溶胶-凝胶技术及胺类固化剂与环氧基的交联作用固化复合体系.研究了低聚物TPSi含量、TPSi中TMP含量及硅烷偶联剂(KBE-9103)对固化的复合体系溶胀性能、耐酸碱性能的影响.结果表明20%(质量分数,下同)含量的低聚体TPSi改性环氧树脂体系溶胀度最高达40%,20%~30%范围内低聚体改性体系的耐酸碱性优,同时发现TMP的加入会使体系的耐酸碱性变差.
