1250℃热处理对Nb-16Si-24Ti-6Cr-6Al-2Hf合金的组织影响

Abstract:

采用电弧熔炼的方法制备了Nb-16Si-24Ti-6Cr-6Al-2Hf(原子分数/%)合金。在1250℃下对其进行不同时间的热处理。使用SEM,EDS,XRD等方法进行组织分析。结果表明多元合金化能消除Nb-Si合金中亚稳相Nb3Si;热处理能够有效改善Nb-Si多元合金中硅化物的分布、尺寸、形态和数量;热处理使得-βNb5Si3转变为-αNb5Si3。
