疏水SiO2气凝胶的制备研究

Abstract:

采用正硅酸四乙酯、去离子水为原料,甲基三乙氧基硅烷为改性剂,乙醇为溶剂,氨水为催化剂,通过原位聚合法结合超临界干燥工艺制备出接触角为165°的疏水型SiO2气凝胶。根据乙醇用量、水用量和pH值对凝胶时间和气凝胶密度的影响关系,确定最佳工艺条件为TEOSH2OEtOH摩尔比为1416,pH为8.0。
